Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Emergency Department, Mercy Hospital South
About the Role
Join the Emergency Department team in St. Louis, MO, as an Advanced Practitioner. This team includes physicians, advanced practitioners, and engaged support staff focused on delivering quality patient care. One year of ED Advanced Practitioner experience is required.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Rotating shifts: 9a–9p, 10a–10p, 11a–11p, and 12p–12a, equitably distributed among APPs
- Rotating weekends (every third weekend)
- No call requirement
Responsibilities
- Serve 18 Emergency Department patients per day when working in Team 3 or Flex (typically ESI levels 3–5)
- Serve 48 patients per day when working in PIT
- Perform procedures
- Use system-wide Epic EMR
