About the role
QuadMed is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our Hampton City School District clinic in Hampton, VA. Join a team that is redefining health care with a practice based on quality of care, not productivity, and an outpatient-only, preventative medicine focus. Make a difference in the lives of patients who are challenged to be engaged and responsible for their own care in a collegial environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services independently
- Work with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Epic)
- May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
Requirements
- Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
- Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Current NPI & DEA
- Current National Board Certification
