We’re looking for a Full-Time Mid-Level Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who is passionate about patient-centered care and helping patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life. License & Credentialing Requirements: As part of our screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified by our Credentialing team prior to interviews. Your license must be active and in good standing, and your NPI/taxonomy must fall within our scope of practice. Key Responsibilities Provide hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness careConduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide follow-up careEducate patients on wellness, treatment protocols, and lifestyle optimizationCollaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staffMaintain accurate documentation and follow clinic protocols and compliance standards Qualifications Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standingCurrent DEA license or ability to obtain oneStrong communication and clinical decision-making skillsAbility to work at both the Little Rock and Hot Springs clinics Schedule 32 clinical hours per weekRegular clinical days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and SaturdaySchedule adjustments may be made by swapping a Saturday or another clinical day, provided weekly hours remain at 32 Standard Clinic Hours: Monday: 8 AM–5 PMTuesday: 8 AM–7 PMWednesday: 8 AM–1 PMThursday: 7 AM–5 PMFriday: 8 AM–5 PMSaturday: 8 AM–12 PM Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $110,000Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Short- and long-term disability coverageMalpractice insurance coveredScrubs providedCME allowance and CME PTOLicensure renewal reimbursement401(k) with employer match Paid Training: Two weeks (10 consecutive business days) Why Join SynergenX?
