Responsibilities

• Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
• Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
• Provide coverage and support across assigned clinic locations as needed

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing and unencumbered
• Current DEA license
• Current OBNDD license
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• A positive, team-oriented approach
• Availability to complete 2 weeks (10 consecutive business days) of paid training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours

Schedule

Schedule: 32 clinical hours per week | 4-Day Schedule. Clinical Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Clinic Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

$110,000 Annual Salary.
