Role Overview Responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinic and telehealth settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. The provider will lead and support clinic staff, perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop diagnoses, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests. They must adhere to clinical protocols, comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate patient documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care across in-person and virtual channelsLead and guide clinic team members to ensure excellent serviceConduct medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnosticsDevelop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patientsMaintain compliance with clinical guidelines, policies, and regulationsParticipate in team meetings, training, and onboarding of new staffSupport community outreach and uphold company core valuesPerform on-call duties periodically (for ancillary providers) Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)1+ years of relevant healthcare experience preferredActive licensure, DEA registration, and DOT certification within specified timelinesAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced, autonomous environmentsExperience with telehealth platforms and virtual patient communicationStrong communication, teamwork, and compassionate patient care skillsAdherence to compliance, confidentiality, and company values Additional Notes: The role involves working varied shifts, including every other weekend, with responsibilities for new employee training and ongoing professional development.
