Role Overview

The Provider, either a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, delivers high-quality healthcare in clinical and virtual settings, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. They lead clinic staff, review patient histories, perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans in compliance with protocols and regulations. They must adapt to a fast-paced environment, collaborate with clinical leadership, and maintain accurate documentation. The role involves patient communication via virtual channels, mentoring new staff, and contributing to community outreach activities.

Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive care both in-clinic and via telehealth.
• Lead and guide clinic staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Review patient histories, diagnose, order tests, prescribe, and educate patients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company protocols.
• Participate in staff onboarding, training, and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Active, verifiable license and DEA registration; DOT certification within 120 days.
• Proven telehealth experience and ability to treat all ages.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in autonomous, fast-paced environments.
