Seeking a qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide high-risk neonatal and infant care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Clinical management of neonatal and infant patients
- Patient education and family-centered care
- Collaboration with medical and support teams
- Autonomy in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans
- Managing complex cases and supporting patient recovery and well-being
- Delivering high-value care during 12 or 24-hour shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced practice certification
- Experience in neonatal or pediatric care
- Strong clinical judgment
- Ability to work independently
