We’re seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic inpatient team on the night shift — a role that offers autonomy, strong teamwork, and meaningful impact when patients need us most. Our night shift APPs play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive environment where leadership is accessible, engaged, and invested in your success. You’ll work alongside experienced physicians and fellow APPs who value open communication, mutual respect, and seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, review medical histories, and develop preliminary diagnoses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Manage issues overnight on medical floors, assist with Codes/Rapid responses, and occasionally with admissions.
• Prescribe medications, formulate treatment plans, and perform minor procedures.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Work closely with hospitalists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care and streamline communication among the care team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Currently licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by State of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred)
