About the role

Provide compassionate, skilled healthcare services to patients in hospice care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Communicate regularly with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience in hospice care or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems

Skills

  • Knowledge of hospice care protocols and standards
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
