  • Clinic only: Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

Credentialing

• Current CV must be uploaded to bid
• License: Active
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: Board Certified
• Skills/Certs: BLS & ACLS

Additional Details

Mid-level provider would provide on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests, as well as in-office cardiac device checks and stress tests performed by cardiac device tech. They will sign off on cardiac device checks and interpret EKGs. Locums tenens will not have admitted privileges but needs outpatient privileges to see clinic patients, perform/supervise outpatient testing in the clinic and hospital.

Requesting 6-month contract with extension possible if needs continue.
