ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY CLINIC OPPORTUNITY at Banner University Medical Center TucsonBanner University Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner in our busy Electrophysiology Clinic. Our NP will become an integral part of the growing Cardiovascular Institute with Banner University Medicine in Tucson. "As a Nurse Practitioner, this position is involved in clinical management of patients, performance of cardioversions, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, education, consultation, and research. This position requires working closely with physicians and other clinicians in a team approach to patient care.Practice details and qualifications include:NP experience in Critical Care, Cardiology or Electrophysiology; new grads welcome with RN critical care or specialty experienceOutpatient experience in an ambulatory setting desiredCurrent Board Certification and Current Arizona LicenseCritical Care training and experienceCurrent CPR, BLS, and ACLS certificationsCurrent prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substancesBUMC-T is a nationally-known academic medical center and the primary teaching facility of the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson.
