Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Setting: Primary Care / Family Medicine Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a Primary Care/Family Medicine team in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and communicate effectively with a diverse Spanish-speaking patient population. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care and family medicine services.Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.Prescribe medications and monitor patient outcomes as permitted by state regulations.Conduct patient assessments and preventive care visits.Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and wellness.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Required: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.Must be fluent in Spanish.Active and in good standing NPI number.Appropriate certification and post-graduate training in the area of responsibility.Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or a related outpatient setting.
