Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
Thus we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for:

- Qualifications/Requirements: we have NP Qualifications and Requirements list. Could be Requirements

- Physical Requirements: could be its own section? Might be considered part of Requirements but it's separate list. Could combine with Requirements? But instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could merge Physical Requirements into Requirements? Might be okay but they are distinct. However we could have a section "Requirements" that includes both qualifications and physical requirements as sub-lists? But we need to preserve all info; we could have one with all items, but mixing qual and physical may be okay. However they'd be separate categories; but we can still list them together. The instruction says use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could have one Requirements section with all qualification and physical requirement items. That reduces sections.
- Work Environment: list. Could be its own section or merged into Requirements? Probably its own section "Work Environment". Could be separate.

- Work Location: "On the road". Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section? Not listed as typical heading but we could include in Schedule or maybe a short p under Schedule. The instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Work location is minor; we could include in Schedule paragraph.
- Provider Bonus Plan: Eligible Sign-On Bonus: N/A. That's filler (N/A) so we should not create a section for that; we can drop it.
- Job Type: Full-time. Could be part of Pay or Schedule? Could be a short p.
We need to avoid sections with filler like "N/A". So we should not include Sign-On Bonus.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed EEO. Also removed "Provider Bonus Plan: Eligible Sign-On Bonus: N/A". Good.
Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Proof of Covid vaccination." appears also in Work Environment; that's okay as it's substantive but duplicated? The posting mentions Covid vaccination twice: once in Qualifications and again in Work Environment. It's not duplicate within same section but appears twice overall. We could keep both; it's fine.
Check for any placeholder like "N/A": we removed Sign-On Bonus N
