About the Role
Relive Health in Lakeville, MN, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our compassionate team. We are committed to providing high-quality care to clients, focusing on optimizing their health and catering to their specific needs through functional and regenerative medicine.
Responsibilities
- Interpret patient labs.
- Treat patients' hormonal imbalances and manage medical records.
- Perform an initial physical assessment and chart the patient.
- Provide both patient care and education regarding hormone replacement therapy as well as IV vitamin therapy.
- Initiate referrals and maintain health records.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
- Refill medication orders.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Innovative and functional approach to health.
