Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, develop care plans, document progress, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data.
- Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans.
- Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others.
- Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
- Collaborates with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
Required Job Requirements
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health Preferred RN experience in an acute care setting
