Job Summary and Responsibilities

Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data. Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans. Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others. Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention. Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.

6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Tue; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat; Week 3 Tue, Wed, Thu; Week 4 Mon, Tue, Wed
Job Requirements
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
Preferred
- RN experience in an acute care setting

Pay Range
$53.22 - $74.35 /hour
