Floor Nurse

Description: Job Summary: CAPS & Maple City is an organization dedicated to Supporting healthy, safe, and thriving children and families by providing quality, comprehensive services to all. The Floor Nurse is a member of a cross-disciplinary team that includes health care providers, medical assistants, nurses, behavioral health providers and other support staff. They support the mission and values of CAPS & Maple City by collaborating with team members across disciplines to facilitate appropriate quality care for patients while also empowering and encouraging self-motivation for a healthier lifestyle.
