Floor Nurse - LPN

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and ensuring patient care quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist in the coordination of patient discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in charge nursing roles preferred
