An RN who supervises one or more units and has oversight of Employees, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Finances, Strategic Goals and System goals.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Arkansas
- BSN required; Masters degree preferred
- Two years of managerial/leadership experience
- Healthcare CPR, ACLS and related competencies required (will be provided)
Schedule
- Shift: Day
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Authorized 80.00 hours bi‑weekly
