Role Overview Manage daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop departmental goals supporting the strategic vision.Oversee staff relations, including performance management, scheduling, recruitment, and conflict resolution.Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.Assess and coordinate patient care quality with staff, physicians, and departments. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
