About the role
Manage daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop departmental goals supporting the strategic vision.
- Oversee staff relations, including performance management, scheduling, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Assess and coordinate patient care quality with staff, physicians, and departments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program.
- Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
