Nurse Manager - Progressive Care Unit

Role Overview Manages daily operations of a nursing unit to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develops departmental goals supporting the organization’s strategic plan.Oversees staff relations, including performance management, scheduling, recruitment, and conflict resolution.Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, and equipment needs.Coordinates patient care services, assessing quality and collaborating with staff, physicians, and departments. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in nursing.State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience. This onsite leadership role requires strong management, communication, and clinical assessment skills to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
