Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

Role: RN Manager, Labor and Delivery Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality of a high-acuity L&D unit. Ensure safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns. Mentor and develop nursing staff, manage budgets, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Leadership experience in labor and delivery, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and team management skills.
