Nurse Manager - Healthcare Operations

Role Overview: The Manager, Nursing – Naven Health Operations oversees nursing activities within a designated territory, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulations, and quality care. They assist in planning, organizing, and supervising nursing services, maintaining patient care standards, and supporting operational and financial goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff, ensuring timely completion of scheduling and administrative duties.Ensure services align with practice standards, regulations, and policies.Implement policies, oversee staff development, onboarding, performance evaluations, and discipline.Review time entry, monitor visit durations, and maintain compliance with guidelines.Coordinate patient services across departments, manage data reporting, and facilitate process improvements.Assist with patient assessments for home care suitability and provide ongoing nurse education.Participate in on-call duties, support clinical networking, and serve as a clinical resource.Support operational needs within the assigned geographic area, including leadership during staffing transitions. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license in current practice state.Minimum 1 year infusion care experience and 1 year of nursing supervisory or managerial experience.Knowledge of local, state, federal, and accreditation regulations.Clinical management competency, documentation expertise, and proficiency in time management.Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Details: The role may involve travel, physical activity to sit or stand for extended periods, and may serve as an alternate administrator in a home health setting. Preferred qualifications include a BSN, additional infusion and management certifications, and advanced training. The salary range is $68,215.48 to $113,677.46, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and wellness services.
