About the role

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning, delivery, and evaluation of both direct and indirect patient care. This position provides leadership in coordinating clinical operations, ensuring that patient care programs, daily schedules, and unit activities are organized effectively to meet all regulatory, organizational, and patient-specific requirements.

  • Oversight of patient education initiatives
  • Monitoring compliance with individualized treatment plans
  • Ensuring timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborating with the CNO in the development, implementation, and review of departmental policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to staff coaching and evaluation
  • Maintaining alignment with organizational values, strategic objectives, educational programs, and quality management standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate clinical operations to ensure effective patient care delivery
  • Oversee patient education initiatives and compliance with treatment plans
  • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) on policy development, implementation, and performance improvement
  • Provide staff coaching and evaluation
  • Maintain alignment with organizational values and quality management standards

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • BSN required
  • Three (3) years' experience in psychiatric nursing required

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Master’s Degree
  • 5-8 years of nursing administrative/supervisory experience

Pay

$10,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
