About the role

The Nurse Manager provides leadership in advancing professional nursing practice by overseeing unit operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective patient care.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems that support professional practice and align with organizational goals.
• Leading efforts to uphold the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care, fostering a culture of trust, teamwork, innovation, and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and national certification in a specialty area.
• At least five years of professional nursing experience.
• Active RN license in the state.

Note: No motor vehicle requirements.

• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including knowledge of CQI processes, care delivery models, healthcare systems, and financial management.
