Emergency Department RN Manager - Full-Time

Role: Provides clinical management and operational oversight in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities: Manages patient care delivery, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, supervises staff, develops staffing and budget plans, and promotes quality improvement and patient satisfaction.Key Duties: Hires, trains, evaluates staff, oversees safety and clinical standards, implements systems to improve efficiency, and supports program growth. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license and a nursing diploma or associate's degree. Preferred candidates have 5-10 years of experience, including 2-5 years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree in nursing. Strong leadership, clinical expertise, and knowledge of emergency care are essential.
