Emergency Department RN Manager - Full-Time

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (Level IV) is responsible for providing safe, evidence-based patient care and managing a designated patient care unit. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring productivity and financial goals are met.Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and professional standards.Promote patient satisfaction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.Support growth initiatives and implement systems to improve workflow. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Valid RN license with 2-10 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure high-quality patient care. Key Duties: Manage emergency care operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee patient safety, and contribute to department growth and quality initiatives.
