Nurse Manager - Emergency Department - Full-Time

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to join their Emergency Department leadership team. Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and superior service
• Promoting positive interactions with patients, families, and visitors
• Supporting staff development through mentorship, education, and growth opportunities
• Managing departmental operations with fiscal responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with CMS, regulatory agencies, and Standards of Nursing Care and Practice
• Serving as a professional ambassador for Copley Hospital, both on- and off-duty

Qualifications

• Required Education: BSN or BS (or currently enrolled in a BSN/BS program)
• Preferred Education: MS or MSN
• Required Experience: 3–5 years of current clinical nursing experience, 1–2 years of nursing management experience
• Experience: Quality improvement and fiscal management
