About the role

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a CVOR Nurse Manager to lead and advance our Cardiovascular Operating Room Service Line. The position is centered on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, supporting outstanding outcomes and operational efficiency in two new ORs equipped with advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Guides a high-performing surgical team of RNs and Surgical Technologists
• Partners with nationally recognized cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons
• Supports outstanding outcomes and operational efficiency in two new ORs
• Works in a new leadership role focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence

Requirements

• CVOR scrub and circulating experience
• Prior management experience
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state
• BLS required per policy guidelines
• Professional certification within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Enrollment in MSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date and graduation of MSN program required within 5 years of hire
• If undergraduate degree is BSN, a Master's Degree from a health-related program or MBA is acceptable

$51.05 - $76.60 per hour
