Nurse (LPN) Part-time 3pm-11pm

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents—ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
- Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- Valid and unencumbered state Nursing License (LPN).
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN (newly licensed LPNs will be considered for training and experience-building).
- Exceptional character with a reliable work ethic.
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
- Collaborative spirit essential.

Pay
$27/hour plus shift differential.
