About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional nursing care in a senior living environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver quality, person-centered care.
- Administer medications and treatments as per individualized care plans.
- Offer excellent customer service to residents, families, and healthcare partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- Valid, unencumbered state Nursing License.
- Minimum of one year of LPN experience; experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
