Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
- Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- A valid and unencumbered state Nursing License.
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN (newly licensed LPNs are welcome; we provide training and help build your professional foundation).
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
- Exceptional character and a reliable work ethic, always doing what’s right.
