Nurse (LPN) Full-time 3pm-11pm

$27/hour plus shift differential

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to provide quality care reflecting the core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration
• Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation

Requirements

• Valid, un‑encumbered state Nursing License (LPN)
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN (candidates without experience may be considered for training)
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus
• Collaborative spirit and strong teamwork orientation
• Exceptional character and reliable work ethic
