Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at‑home environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide quality care that reflects the core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
• Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners.
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation.

Requirements

• Valid, un‑encumbered state Nursing License (LPN).
• One or more years of experience as an LPN; experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented attitude with a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Pay

$27 per hour plus shift differential.
