Nurse (LPN or RN)

Duties

• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Environmental orientation
• Medication assistance and administration
• Treatment administration
• Encouraging self-care and independence
• Training and supervising staff
• Ensuring care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Reviewing, updating, and communicating resident care documentation
• Evaluating health emergencies according to RN scope of practice and state regulations

Qualifications

• A current LPN or RN license in good standing
• One year of providing supervision in healthcare
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
