Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication administration, health assessments, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene needs of residents.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current RN license or LPN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not required.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
