Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including medication administration, health assessments, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene needs of residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Current RN license or LPN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
