Aurelia Health | Remote | Full Time | U.S. or CanadaAurelia is looking for a nurse or nurse practitioner with leadership and operations experience who wants to help build something. We are a seven-figure women's health practice intentionally building toward a high-touch medical home serving no more than 1,000 patients. We help women do midlife better through sophisticated, relationship-centered care. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who understands health care from the inside, has experience leading people and improving operations, and wants to sit close to the center of a growing business.Part operator, part business developer, and part CEO right hand. Growth and build focused. The RoleYour job is not simply to keep Aurelia organized. Your job is to help Aurelia grow and operate better as we do.You'll work directly with our founder and CEO and across our clinical, relationships, marketing, and administrative teams to turn priorities into execution, improve how we operate, and build the infrastructure for what's next. You'll own and improve business operations including systems, SOPs, technology, automations, team workflows, onboarding, hiring support, and cross-functional projects. You'll help oversee our virtual support team and continuously look for ways to make Aurelia simpler, smarter, and more profitable.Your clinical background matters here. You'll understand the realities of delivering excellent patient care, how clinical teams function, and where operational decisions can either support clinicians or make their work harder. But this is not a patient care role. We're looking for someone ready to use their clinical experience as a foundation for broader leadership and business responsibility.Growth is also an explicit part of this role. You'll own a portion of our weekly Miracle Hour dedicated to outreach, conversions, partnerships, and business development. That includes identifying potential corporate and strategic partners, opening doors, building relationships, pitching Aurelia, following up, and helping close opportunities. You'll be accountable to measurable growth goals, not simply activity. You'll also serve as a right hand to our CEO on special projects, helping take ideas from conversation to execution without needing someone else to drive every step.Who We're Looking ForYou are an RN or NP who has already demonstrated that your abilities extend beyond the exam room.Maybe you've led a clinical team, managed a practice, helped open or grow a health care business, owned operational initiatives, implemented new systems, managed people, or found yourself becoming the person leadership trusted to make things happen. You understand clinical care, but you also think operationally. You see the broken workflow. The missing SOP. The unnecessary expense. The opportunity nobody is following up on. The project that's stalled because no one truly owns it.And then you do something about it.You have experience with leadership and operations, ideally within a small to midsize health care organization, private practice, startup, or founder-led company. You understand what it feels like when everyone wears more than one hat. You're warm, energetic, confident, commercially minded, and comfortable with the idea that sales and growth are part of building a healthy business. You take ownership, follow through, and have a strong "I'll figure it out" instinct. You're tech-savvy and comfortable learning and improving tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ActiveCampaign, and AI platforms. You're genuinely excited about automation and naturally look for better ways to get things done. And you're interested in the world we're building in: women's health, hormones, metabolic health, nervous system health, nutrition, and longevity. We're looking for someone ambitious enough to want increasing responsibility, but humble enough to earn it.The OpportunityThis is a remote, 40-hour-per-week role open to candidates in the U.S. or Canada who can primarily work within Eastern or Central time zones. The role begins with a 90-day 1099 contractor period at $5,000-$7,000 per month, depending on experience. Our intention is to find someone who becomes a long-term member of Aurelia's team, with meaningful opportunity for increased responsibility, compensation, and leadership as the company grows. This is not a fractional consulting role. We're looking for someone who wants to go all in on one company and help build it.We're also not looking for someone who has already scaled a massive organization or spent their career several layers removed from the work. We're looking for someone who has been close enough to the center of a growing practice or business to understand how it actually works. Someone with the clinical credibility to understand our team and our patients, the leadership experience to make people better, and the operational instincts to help take Aurelia much further.About AureliaAurelia exists because women deserve something better than transactional midlife medicine. We're building a medical home for informed women who want thoughtful, comprehensive care through midlife, combining sophisticated hormone care, metabolic health, nutrition, lifestyle support, and something increasingly rare in health care: relationships. We're a close-knit, all-female team that cares deeply about our patients, our work, and one another. We're curious, fast-moving, deeply invested in health and wellness, and serious about building an exceptional and profitable company. If you've spent your career thinking, "I could help build this better," we'd love to meet you.
