Telemetry Nurse - Lead

Role: Charge RN – Medical Telemetry Responsibilities Coordinate daily unit operations and oversee patient flow on a telemetry unit.Provide clinical leadership and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote patient safety and satisfaction.Support staff in managing complex medical patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
