About the Role

Join us as a Nurse House Supervisor at ERC Pathlight, where you will support teammates in providing a safe environment for patients and teammates through the coordination and evaluation of the unit under the general direction of the Nurse Director. This role requires a strong focus on supervision, leadership, and ensuring efficient unit operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, guide, and direct employees to be effective team members
  • Evaluate the unit under the general direction of the Nurse Director
  • Ensure everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties
  • Use established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that team’s level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
  • Ensure efficient and effective unit operations including sufficient supplies and adjust staffing as necessary
  • Auxiliary in scheduling teammates to cover open shifts
  • Complete monthly audits and checklists
  • Serve as a resource and primary point of contact regarding clinical questions, policies, and procedures
  • Provide direct patient care as necessary
  • Assist teammates with patient care responsibilities including milieu and crisis management

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in nursing (required)
  • Unrestricted RN license in state where assigned (required)
  • 1+ year of direct patient care experience (required)
  • Attention to detail (required)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others (required)

Bonus Qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
  • 1+ years of supervising others or leading teams (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience treating patients with eating disorders (preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule: Full-time overnights, 6:30pm-7am with rotating weekends and holidays. Working onsite at Eating Recovery Center's adult residential facility in Chicago, IL. Active Illinois RN license required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. Illinois Pay Range $42 - $51 USD
