House Supervisor (RN) - Full Time Nights

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in ensuring compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during assigned shift
• Create a healthy work atmosphere promoting both team and individual growth
• Monitor workplace to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families
• Work cooperatively with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
• Prior clinical management experience preferred
• BSN preferred

Pay

$15,000 sign-on bonus available through 5/19

Schedule

7-7, Night Shift, 3 12 hr shifts per week
