RN House Supervisor - Full Time Nights

About the Role

The House Supervisor RN provides leadership during night shifts at a Magnet-recognized hospital, coordinating patient flow, supervision, and operational activities in collaboration with nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent hospital administration to staff, patients, physicians, and visitors
• Ensure smooth patient placement and flow
• Oversee supervisory activities during assigned shifts
• Coordinate with nursing leadership to maintain high-quality care
• Act as a liaison to promote a positive, patient-focused environment

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• California RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year charge nurse or leadership experience demonstrating leadership abilities
