House Supervisor (RN) - Full Time Nights

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital - Cincinnacti Downtown is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in ensuring compassionate, high-quality treatment and leadership throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during assigned shift
• Create a positive work environment that fosters both team and individual growth
• Maintain a healthy work atmosphere by monitoring the workplace and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Act as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families
• Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, and improve operations

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
• Prior clinical management experience preferred
• BSN preferred
