Nurse - Fulltime - System Float Leader

The System Float Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership across assigned units within the health system. They oversee patient safety, quality, and service excellence, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration among staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing nursing teams, managing staffing, resources, and finances, and utilizing data and technology to improve clinical and operational outcomes. They support shared governance, evidence-based practice, and initiate change to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient experience. Ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations is essential. Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's preferred Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience Current RN license in Georgia and BLS certification Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Knowledge of healthcare operations, safety, quality, and resource management.
