Full-Time RN Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly clinical operations and coordinate nursing staff
• Provide high-quality medical, dental, and psychiatric care to incarcerated patients
• Perform triage, assessments, medication administration, emergency response, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Mentor and support nursing team development
• Collaborate with custody staff to maintain security and safety
• Promote a culture of teamwork, compassion, and professional growth while delivering patient-centered care

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in nursing leadership, preferably in correctional healthcare
• Strong clinical skills in triage, assessments, and emergency response
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare
• Ability to mentor staff and foster a positive, secure environment
