Full-Time RN Clinical Lead

About the role

The RN Clinical Team Leader is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating patient care to meet clients' health needs in a home health and hospice setting. They coordinate resources to ensure quality, cost-effective outcomes while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducting chart and data audits
• Supporting the organization's philosophy
• Ensuring adherence to policies
• Adhering to infection control protocols, including influenza vaccination

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia RN license (BSN preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of acute medical-surgical nursing experience
• One year of experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)

Schedule
