About the Role
Support the nursing team with hands-on patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Check vital signs
- Support patient mobility
- Perform basic procedures such as wound care and specimen collection
- Document patient care
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain a safe environment
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop personal growth plans
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
