Nurse Emergency Services III

Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and records patient data.
• Analyzes assessment findings and test results to plan nursing interventions.
• Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
• Documents patient care in a complete and timely manner.

Required Job Requirements

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS within 90 days
• PALS within 6 months
• ENPC within 6 months
• TNCC within 12 months
• 2400 hours of experience within the last 2 years in the Emergency Department OR 2400 hours Emergency Department experience within the last 5 years with current TNCC, PALS and ACLS.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing
