About the Role

Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs including orientation, training, workshops, and continuing education to support staff development and ensure high-quality patient care. Leads initiatives to uphold nursing practice standards, serves as a resource and liaison within the community, and participates in hospital-wide committees. Engages in clinical, educational, consultative, and research activities within area of expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains current knowledge in nursing and professional development, evaluating personal practice against standards.

  • Utilizes data for decision-making, manages resources efficiently, and drives innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree in nursing or related field
  • Applicable certifications (e.g., professional development or clinical specialties)
