Nurse Educator - Perinatal

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator for acute care perinatal services. This full-time, on-site role involves developing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs to support staff orientation and workforce development within the Nursing Department. The position emphasizes fostering a culture of lifelong learning, critical thinking, open communication, and professional growth, promoting organizational values and collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification
• Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical and/or educational nursing experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of acute hospital perinatal experience, including labor, delivery, and electronic fetal monitoring (highly preferred)
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field; current graduate students considered with degree completion agreement
