Perinatal Educator RN
Job Summary
You will help direct-care nursing personnel drive professional growth so they can achieve clinical excellence through evidence-based practice and knowledge integration. Every day you will implement and support patient safety and quality of care initiatives, collaborating with leadership to address identified issues and facilitating educational programs.

- Ensure alignment with departmental challenges and contribute expertise to enhance patient care outcomes
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking, interpersonal savvy, and the ability to manage large, complex projects
- Possess a keen understanding of business operations and the human landscape to predict impact of strategies
- Proficient in various software applications
- Experience working within a Patient Safety Organization
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and facilitation skills to drive consensus among multidisciplinary teams

Required Job Requirements
- Three to five years of demonstrated clinical experience in Perinatal and Labor & Delivery Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- STABLE certification
- Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring

Pay Range
$77.80 - $104.19 /hour
